Power Washing

Using the proper equipment for the job, power washing removes dirt, debris, grease, oil spills, stains, mold, mildew, chewing gum, and graffiti tags. Most often, pressurized hot or cold water will suffice; but when cleaning additives are needed we use environmentally safe, bio-degradable products.
Power washing is also used prior to painting and striping, providing a clean surface to aid in adhesion.

With the use of commercial back-pack blowers and Tennant ride-on power sweeping equipment, a maintenance plan actually reduces the need for frequent power washing by preventing the build-up that only pressurized water may remove.

In preparation for special events, such as the Baltimore Farmers Market, the space must be cleaned. We use the proper landscape equipment, along with back-pack blowers and pressure washing equipment to prepare the property for its normal use.
