Rick A. Farrell
President |
President and Owner, Rick Farrell is a life-long resident of Maryland. After graduating from Providence College in Rhode Island, Rick returned to Baltimore, MD to work at Camden Yards where he oversaw over 300 employees as he managed the nightly cleaning operations of the facility. A few years later Rick managed operations for Pritchard Events, which dealt primarily with the cleaning services for various major golf and tennis tournaments throughout the United States, such as the US Open, and PGA Championships.
Rick’s extensive operations experience, along with his determined entrepreneurial drive paved the path to Corporate Maintenance Group. It is through his vision and dedicated leadership that CMG has become a vendor you will want to keep.

Tom Foster
General Manager |
General Manager, Tom Foster graduated Mars Hill College in North Carolina with a degree in Business Management. He also recently earned his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore in December 2008.
Working as an Event Supervisor with Pritchard Events during the summer months while attending college marked the beginning of Tom's career in facilities maintenance. Upon graduating college, Tom was hired to manage pressure washing operations for CMG's Baltimore office, and thereafter was instrumental in the expansion of business into the Silver Spring area.
Tom will be the main point of contact for scheduling jobs through until the completion of the work. Quality Control is one of Tom's primary responsibilities. He works hard to ensure CMG consistently provides great quality services and he follows up with each customer to ensure their satisfaction. With Tom's focus and dedication, CMG maintains a stronger more capable operation.

Brenda Cole
Office Manager |
Office Manager, Brenda Cole was welcomed into the CMG family in April 2006. Brenda brings more than 20 years' experience to the table with a previous work background in accounting, graphic design, and business development.
