Experience is not necessary, although we do look for mature, focused individuals. CMG will provide the proper training for the right candidate. And there is opportunity for leadership and management promotions within the company.

Although not a requirement, CMG encourages its employees to further their education. While we expect that all candidates fulfill at least a high school level of education; we welcome those who have completed undergraduate studies, from all majors.
